On March 11, 2025, Oyakata Inoue Yoshiyuki unveiled his Premium Room—an intimate sanctum of unparalleled craftsmanship, where only eight privileged guests bear witness to an omakase experience unlike any other in Kaneyoshi's history.
This is sushi at its most exacting and every detail is sharpened, every technique honed. The ethos is stricter, the execution more refined—a space where imperfection has no refuge and where the essence of the ocean is distilled into its purest form. The Hikarimono—the fabled "shiny things" of the sea—Nishin, Kannuki, and the eternal Kohada—each one a shimmering relic, glinting like celestial bodies adrift in the abyss.

Their silver skin, radiant yet fragile, mirrors the glow of the moon on restless waters. Our regular omakase room is a modern adaption to traditional sushi, wheras, the premium room experience follow a more refined and purist approach to omakase, designed to reflect the essence of classic Edomae sushi craftsmanship by using a more elevated grade of seasonal ingredients and prepared with a strictly traditional Edomae-style technique.
